Chantcds currently accepts PayPal as the available payment method for purchases made through our website.

Customers will be directed to the available PayPal checkout experience when completing payment. Payment authorization and certain payment verification steps are handled through PayPal's payment environment.

Product prices and applicable order charges are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated on the website.

Before completing payment, the checkout process should display the applicable order total, including the product price and applicable shipping charges.

7. PayPal Account Requirements

Whether you need a PayPal account and which payment options are available through PayPal may depend on PayPal's current checkout options and the customer's circumstances.

Chantcds does not control PayPal's account requirements, eligibility rules, verification procedures, transaction limits, or available funding sources. Customers should refer to PayPal for questions concerning their PayPal account or payment eligibility.

8. Payment Declined or Unsuccessful

If the issue continues, contact PayPal for assistance. If PayPal confirms that there is no issue with your payment but you are still unable to complete your Chantcds purchase, contact our customer support team.

9. Duplicate Payment or Order Concerns

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same order, please contact Chantcds as soon as possible. Provide the relevant order information so that we can review the transaction.

Customers should avoid repeatedly submitting the same order while a payment is still being processed, as repeated checkout attempts may potentially result in multiple pending transactions or orders.

If PayPal shows a pending or duplicated transaction, PayPal may also be able to provide transaction-specific information through the customer's PayPal account.

In some situations, a payment may appear as pending rather than fully completed. A pending transaction does not necessarily mean that the corresponding order has been successfully confirmed for fulfillment.

Chantcds may wait for payment confirmation before processing an order. Customers should not assume that an order is confirmed solely because a pending transaction appears in their PayPal account.

11. Refunds

When a refund is approved under the applicable Chantcds Return & Refund Policy or another eligible circumstance, the refund will generally be issued through the original payment method.

Eligible refunds are generally processed within 12 days after approval. Chantcds does not charge a refund processing fee for eligible refunds.

12. Cancelled Orders and Payments

If an order is successfully cancelled before fulfillment and a refund is applicable, Chantcds will process the eligible refund through the original payment method.

Cancellation requests are time-sensitive because orders may enter fulfillment shortly after being placed. Customers should contact Chantcds as soon as possible if they want to cancel an order.

Chantcds takes reasonable steps to maintain a secure shopping and checkout environment. Payment transactions are handled through the available PayPal payment process rather than requiring customers to provide complete payment credentials directly to Chantcds.

Customers are also responsible for protecting access to their own PayPal account. Keep your PayPal login credentials confidential and use appropriate security measures on the device used to complete your purchase.
