Shipping & Delivery

Processing time is generally 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). Standard shipping typically takes 3–6 business days after processing, depending on destination and carrier conditions.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be impacted by carrier delays, weather, peak-season volume, or other events outside our control.

Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If a package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist with a carrier investigation where applicable.

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review and provide an appropriate resolution.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligible returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided items are returned in acceptable condition. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags/packaging (when applicable), and include proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or the incorrect item was sent. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Refund processing timelines may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Exchanges are generally limited to verified issues such as defects or incorrect items received. For a different style or size, please place a new order if the item is available.
