Order Processing Time
Most orders are prepared and processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation indicating it is ready to ship.
Shipping Time
Standard shipping typically takes 3–6 business days after processing. Total delivery time is estimated as: Processing Time + Shipping Time.
Please note that delivery estimates may vary due to carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, or destination location.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the United States, including all 50 states and eligible U.S. territories where supported by carriers (including Alaska, Hawaii, and military/APO/FPO addresses when available).
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
When your package leaves our facility, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.
Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Email us at support@chantcds.com and include your order number and any helpful details (photos for damage, if applicable). We will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
